Our gluten-free pastas represent quality thanks to the selected, high content nutrients. We also try to pay attention to our ecological footprint, since part of the energy needed to operate our plant is obtained from solar panels. Milling can be considered a nearly 100-year-old tradition in our founder's family. Their expertise and know-how made it possible for us to prepare our flours in our own gluten-free flour plant, which serve as the perfect raw material for our pasta. Our gluten-, egg-, corn-, and soy-free pastas made with Italian technology are tasty, their texture is similar to (traditional) wheat flour pastas, and they keep well even after cooking. They do not contain any additives, dyes or preservatives. The entire vertical of our pasta in circulation is gluten-free.
