Our gluten-free pastas represent quality thanks to the selected, high content nutrients. We also try to pay attention to our ecological footprint, since part of the energy needed to operate our plant is obtained from solar panels. Milling can be considered a nearly 100-year-old tradition in our founder's family. Their expertise and know-how made it possible for us to prepare our flours in our own gluten-free flour plant, which serve as the perfect raw material for our pasta. Our gluten-, egg-, corn-, and soy-free pastas made with Italian technology are tasty, their texture is similar to (traditional) wheat flour pastas, and they keep well even after cooking. They do not contain any additives, dyes or preservatives. The entire vertical of our pasta in circulation is gluten-free.

Our pasta made from gluten-free pseudocereals is not only delicious, but you can make a filling meal out of it. Good sources of protein and fiber, and our range includes low-carb pasta and protein-enriched pasta. They are available in both natural and flavored versions. Our main ingredients are: Millet, Buckwheat, Sorghum and Quinoa.

We wanted to create something really special. We think it worked. Our flavored gluten-free pastas, whether mono spice or fusion flavors, are all perfectly suitable for preparing a filling and truly special dish.
LEGUMES
All children love pasta, but not so much legumes. This experience led us to the idea of giving children more refined food: we combined the joy of eating pasta with the effects of legumes. Legumes are good sources of protein, unsaturated fatty acids and fiber, and have a high nutritional value. They are considered an ideal source of protein for vegans and those following other alternative diets, and are also considered a good choice for dieters.
