We produce our flours with expertise and heart and soul in our own mill. After nearly 100 years of family tradition, decades of professional experience and many years of experimentation, we have innovated our production. In this way, our flours are made using a gentle process, the result of which is worth tasting for everyone.

We consider it important to produce as much as possible in-house, so we make gluten-free pseudo-cereals in our own mill, which allows us to produce our premium flours with a grain size of up to 160 microns under controlled conditions.
The protagonists of our plant are ancient, long-forgotten fake grains such as millet, buckwheat, sorghum, and quinoa. In addition, we also have representatives of legumes, such as chickpeas or red lentils.
We do not use the traditional stone grinding method, but an automatic sieving system, which guarantees a continuous grain size of up to 160 microns. This results in flour as fine as the traditional version made from wheat. Thanks to this method, the water absorption capacity of the flours will be much higher, and thanks to the larger surface, the baked goods and cakes made from them will be tastier, and in their texture and appearance they will be extremely similar to traditional products containing gluten.
